Some times you just need to do something happy. Here are two very special people who love to be together and look for the beautiful Butterfly. Mildred doesn't want to spook the Butterfly and Homer has no idea where it has landed. This lovely couple are made with 4" gourds. The faces are hand sculpted with a epoxy resin and they are hand painted. The hair is fleece, the butterfly is made of feathers, the net is copper wire with a nylon netting. Mildred has the same pattern on her dress as the butterfly has on the wings. Homer of course is dressed in stylish blue jean overalls. Mildred is bare foot and wanting you to whisper and not scare away the butterfly. Mildred has a flower accented sun hat for her head and Homer could use a hat to protect the shiny dome from a sun burn, he will have to settle for the new one if Mildred has anything to say.
