'Sisters of the World' are very special to me as the ladies are created with linking hand to shape a heart together and stand tall and proud. Each sister is created from my mind and has unique outfits and hair all their own. This particular gourd stands approximately 10" tall and has a flat base to sit . The creating of the sisters is first done with pencil until I get the right outfit for each sister and hair. Then I pyro-etch each line and leather dye the colors for each sister. The ornamentation is the next step for each sister, with a finishing seal of Polyurethane for protection over time.
